SHAHRYAR - CAPTAIN PLANET
Shahryar (Shar for short, because it sounds cooler:D) is the latest addition to the Quest family and is currently busy, hustling and bustling setting up Quests' Australian office. His passion for the outdoors and camping has been an everlasting love story that found its roots over eighteen years ago, back in the days of Dukes camps and the winter and summer breaks in the Sahyadri ranges. Interestingly enough, Jehan and Shar discovered their love for the outdoors on their very first camp, which was coincidentally, the first time they met. Very rarely do you come across someone who contributes to the environment out of the sheer goodness of his or her heart. Enter Shar! It’s been his mission to make sure the beautiful wilderness stay the way it is and that’s what egged him on to pursue a career as an environmental consultant. How magnanimous!
With considerable experience in guiding hiking tours, white water rafting, and the Zen art of knot tying, Shar's always up and ready for anything remotely adventure related. Daring bugger! His specialty is the ‘over the top lumber hold with a double clove hitch.' Keep guessing. But in all seriousness, we can’t call him a 'professional' at any extreme sports per se, but one who's overly passionate (Maybe even bordering on obsessive at times) about saving and preserving nature in its pristine natural condition. Just like Captain Planet!
