ABOUT QUEST ACADEMY
Quest Academy (QTT Adventure Sports Academy Pvt. Ltd.) is a purpose-driven adventure sports institution delivering globally aligned certificate and vocational courses. We specialize in kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, scuba diving, and lifesaving. Our facilities include four guest cottages and a six-bed mixed dormitory for course participants. The Course Director leads all outdoor programming with a focus on quality instruction, safety, and inclusive learning.
We are committed to reshaping the way outdoor education is perceived and practiced—rooted in integrity, safety, sustainability, and excellence. Our team is composed of skilled professionals who collaborate closely, contributing their unique talents to support a shared mission.
WORK LOCATION & FACILITIES
Quest Academy is located near a serene fishing hamlet along the Palk Bay, amidst palm and casuarina groves. The beach is ideal for training and only a 5-minute walk from our 5-acre plantation campus.

All personnel are expected to maintain valid personal insurance policies, including:
Professional Indemnity Insurance & third-Party Liability Insurance
Medical and Personal Accident Insurance
Any other insurance required for your professional responsibilities
As per standard professional practice and Indian legal standards, instructors and guides are individually responsible for the safe execution of activities they lead.
CODE OF CONDUCT

Our Code of Conduct covers professional behavior, decorum, grooming standards, interpersonal conduct, and responsible use of company property and facilities.
Zero-Tolerance for Narcotics & Banned Substances: Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and legal reporting to the appropriate authorities. This policy is essential given our close work with youth (“groms”), recreational sportspersons, and professional athletes—where safety, influence, and conduct are paramount.
Respect & Professionalism: All team members are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and professionalism. Collegiality and camaraderie are encouraged, while maintaining healthy boundaries and a professional environment, especially in shared living or working spaces. Also as part of our work with young learners and participants, Quest Academy upholds the highest standards of child safety and protection, including compliance with the POCSO Act and international child safeguarding principles, ensuring a respectful, nurturing, and secure environment for all.
Disciplinary Action: Any breach of conduct may result in disciplinary measures including verbal/written warnings, suspension, or termination, in accordance with the principles of fairness and natural justice.
HEALTH, FITNESS & GROOMING
Employees must maintain a standard of personal grooming and physical wellness appropriate for a performance-based outdoor environment. Annual medical fitness certificates are required and must be updated per internal safety protocols.
