RECRUITMENT
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Purpose
This document sets forth the recruitment procedures followed by QTT Adventure Sports Academy Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) for the engagement of prospective personnel. It is designed to ensure a process that is transparent.
2. Scope
This document applies to all prospective individuals applying for full-time, part-time, internship, apprenticeship, volunteering, or contractual roles with the Company, regardless of the duration or nature of the engagement.
3. Recruitment Procedure
Step 1: Online Application Submission
All applicants must complete and submit the official online application form through the Company’s designated application link (Quest-Asia.com/jobs). Incomplete applications will not be processed further.
Step 2: Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo two (2) rounds of interviews conducted via a Company-approved video conferencing platform. These interviews are designed to evaluate professional competence, technical skills, alignment with the Company’s values, and overall suitability for the position.
Step 3: Issuance of Conditional Offer Letter
Upon satisfactory completion of the interview stage, a conditional offer may be issued via email. This document will include a proposed compensation structure, key terms of engagement, and a deadline for acceptance.
Step 4: Acceptance Procedure
The candidate must confirm their acceptance within the stipulated time frame by replying via email to info@quest-asia.com along with all documents as listed in the offer letter.
Step 5: Verification of Documents
All submitted documents will be reviewed and verified by the Company within five (5) working days of receipt. This process is mandatory and must be completed before proceeding to the next stage.
Step 6: Execution of Agreement
A detailed Agreement outlining the final terms and conditions of the engagement will be drafted and shared via email. This Agreement must be physically signed by both the candidate and the authorized Company signatory prior to the commencement of engagement. Only upon such execution shall the engagement be considered valid.
4. Right to Withdraw Offer
The Company reserves the unilateral right to withdraw or rescind any offer of engagement at any stage of the recruitment process, without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability, financial or otherwise. The issuance of a conditional offer letter does not create any binding employment obligation unless and until a duly signed and executed Agreement is in place.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All recruitment-related matters shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the recruitment or employment process shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu.
6. General Provisions
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a contract of employment or a guarantee thereof. Employment or engagement is considered valid only upon the execution of a written Agreement between both parties.
This document is subject to revision or amendment by the Company at any time, without prior notice.
